Today, I was privileged to take these three girls to Leeming Bar Grange care home to talk to, and read to, the residents. The children were SO polite, confident and engaging. They truly were a credit to the school. It was lovely to see them interacting with the residents: their visit lit up the residents’ faces. Congratulations girls on being superb school ambassadors. I was incredibly proud of you.
Thank you to the residents and staff who made us feel so welcome! We are looking forward to next week to do some more activities with these residents.
